Policy
Business Terms
1. Scope
These terms apply to quotations, product sourcing, engineering support, and related trade services provided through this website.
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on the submitted specifications and remain valid for the stated period, if any. Final pricing may change if requirements, quantity, or delivery conditions change.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after both sides agree on specifications, payment method, and delivery schedule. Special projects may require staged payment or deposit arrangements.
4. Warranty
Warranty coverage, warranty period, repair method, spare parts support, remote guidance, on-site service, and service costs depend on the product category, project location, and final agreement. Wear parts, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, improper operation, and damage caused by unsuitable site conditions are generally excluded unless otherwise stated. All warranty, maintenance, spare parts, and after-sales responsibilities shall be subject to the signed contract or written agreement.
5. Delivery
Delivery time, delivery method, installation support, commissioning support, acceptance standards, training, and handover requirements depend on production schedule, destination, freight method, customs, site readiness, and the final agreement. The exact delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance obligations shall be subject to the signed contract or written agreement.
6. Customized Equipment
Customized equipment, engineering projects, modified machines, project-specific accessories, and made-to-order products are not handled as retail consumer goods. Cancellation, replacement, return, refund, installation, commissioning, and acceptance arrangements for customized equipment shall be subject to the signed contract or written agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, images, and technical materials are protected. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Limitation
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer, force majeure, or third-party logistics issues beyond our control.
9. Contract Priority
If website information, quotation communication, product descriptions, or policy pages differ from a signed contract, purchase order, proforma invoice, or written agreement confirmed by both parties, the signed or confirmed contract documents shall prevail.
