Since the 1990s, Huayi Intelligence has built nearly 30 years of experience in China's industrial manufacturing sector. The company has grown from a local equipment manufacturer into a solution provider for food processing and commercial kitchen projects. Today, we have developed an industrial system that integrates R&D, core manufacturing, system integration, engineering support, and international service resources, providing professional and reliable support for global customers.

Foundation and Development: Building a Solid Professional Base (1990s-2000s)

During this stage, Huayi Intelligence focused on qualification development and production capacity building, laying a solid foundation for later growth and taking the first steps toward specialization in food machinery and kitchen equipment.

• Qualification foundation in 1994: the predecessor of the group was officially registered and obtained early industry qualifications and certifications. This marked the starting point of standardized business operations and reflected our commitment to industry standards from the beginning. It also laid a foundation for later R&D innovation and scaled manufacturing.

• Production capacity was initially established in 2001: the first independent core product production line was completed and put into operation. This marked a major step from key component processing to complete equipment manufacturing. Based on this production foundation, we gradually built a nationwide business network covering major regional markets with products and services, and the brand's industry influence began to take shape.

As the industry evolved, Huayi Intelligence began a group-based development strategy and strengthened its capabilities through industrial integration. This helped the company move from being a single-equipment supplier to an integrated service provider.

• Group development started in 2008: the company invested in and integrated several high-quality enterprises in the industry, including technology companies with strong R&D capabilities in intelligent control systems and kitchen equipment manufacturing. This integration helped build a more complete industrial chain and extended our core strengths from equipment manufacturing to the broader field of manufacturing and supply chain integration.

Based on long-term experience in the Chinese market, Huayi Intelligence has accelerated its international development, using intelligent manufacturing as a key driver. The company has continued to improve both service capability and production capacity.

• Global service upgrade in 2021: international business and support centers were established in Shanghai and Guangzhou. The service model of "sourcing support + engineering integration" was upgraded to better serve overseas customers. Through a global resource network, we provide localized support from requirement communication and solution design to implementation, operation, and maintenance.

• Intelligent manufacturing capability upgrade in 2022: an investment of RMB 320 million was made to build the second phase of the intelligent production base, covering a total area of 64,000 square meters. After entering operation, the annual production capacity of industrial automatic control systems exceeded 4,100 sets. This marked a new stage of standardized and scaled development in R&D innovation and intelligent manufacturing, supporting more stable and efficient product delivery for global customers.

Core Strengths: Supporting Sustainable Development with Professional Capability

• Full-chain R&D and manufacturing system: we have built an industrial layout supported by a Shanghai R&D center and multiple regional production bases. A multidisciplinary R&D team supports the connection from technical development to scaled production.

• Certifications and standards: the group and its related enterprises have obtained qualifications such as "National High-tech Enterprise" and "Specialized and Innovative Enterprise". They have also passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and EU CE certification. At the same time, they participate in the development of national and industry standards, supporting industry progress through professional capability.

• Deep industry participation: as an executive director unit of the China Meat Association, and a core member of the China Bakery and Confectionery Industry Association and the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association, we maintain close connections with industry resources and continue to follow the forefront of industrial development.
