The Smart Robotic Coffee Machine is a robotic-arm coffee bar for hotels, office towers and commercial spaces. It grinds fresh beans, brews espresso, steams milk and pours each drink by itself, serving a cup in about 45 seconds from a library of more than 50 beverages — so a site can keep premium coffee flowing around the clock without a trained barista on shift.

What does it solve?

Coffee quality normally depends on the person behind the counter. Peak hours, staff turnover and shift changes all show up in the cup, and a good barista is hard to hire and expensive to keep. The unit turns the recipe into machine settings: bean dose, water volume, brew time, milk volume and pour sequence are fixed in the recipe, so the same drink tastes the same whoever is on site.

It also removes the staffing problem from the quiet hours. With the robotic arm running the full workflow, a venue can keep serving when the counter would normally be closed — which is where a large share of coffee revenue is normally lost.

Installation and daily care

• Place the unit on a level, stable counter away from vibration, and confirm the site's power and water supply before delivery.
• Use fresh beans and keep milk and powder hoppers filled to the marked level; never leave the milk line empty during a long shutdown.
• Clean the cup outlet, milk line and waste area at the end of each day and run the automatic cleaning cycle as scheduled.
• Fit a water filter and replace it on the supplier's schedule — scale is the main cause of taste drift in coffee equipment.
• Keep recipe and permission changes with the responsible manager so an accidental edit cannot change the menu.
• Have the supplier commission the unit and train the staff before handover; if dispensing behaves abnormally, stop and check before continuing.
