It measures tea, milk, syrup and toppings by recipe and finishes a cup automatically, so a shop can hold the same taste across shifts, locations and staff — with a cloud menu that pushes new drinks to every unit at once.

What does it solve?

Milk tea is a recipe business. Sugar level, tea strength, milk ratio and toppings are the whole product, and they normally live in the head of an experienced hand. When that person leaves, the taste leaves with them. The robot stores each drink as a recipe and dispenses to that recipe, so "half sugar, less ice" comes out the same every time, whoever is on shift.

It also takes the bottleneck out of the peak hour. A queue at the tea counter is usually waiting on the measuring, not the shaking. Automatic dispensing shortens the per-cup handling time and keeps the queue moving.

Installation and daily care

• Place the unit on a level counter with enough clearance for the cup and the hoppers, and confirm the power supply before installation.
• Keep tea, milk and syrup at the marked levels and use the same brewing routine as your standard recipe, so machine and recipe stay in step.
• Flush the syrup and milk lines at the end of each day and clean the dispensing nozzles — sugar residue is what blocks lines.
• Wash food-contact parts to local food-safety rules and keep a cleaning log.
• Keep recipe and permission changes with the store manager so an accidental edit cannot change the taste.
• Commission the unit and train the staff with the supplier before handover.
